A FastAPI backend on the PandaStage auth contract: Python 3.13, uv, SQLAlchemy 2 async over
asyncpg, Alembic migrations run in the container entrypoint, authentication from
platform-fastapi-starter, Prometheus metrics on 8081 and /health on 8080.
The example entity ships without a migration — write your first Alembic revision (or delete the example) before using the endpoint.
